Learning a new language can be a tedious and long journey. We have to learn new grammar rules that we last studied as young students. Terms and conditions that some of us have long forgotten and now we have to learn them in a new language!
By supplementing course work with conversation groups, like our language café, the journey is more enjoyable. Additionally, you can learn about the people who speak the language.
If you want to learn about English speaking cultures other than your own, if you are learning English or know someone who has taken on the challenge, we are excited to share with you some wonderful sessions that look at English speaking cultures around the world. The Volks-hochschule offers courses in German, English and many other languages. They provide a unique approach and a variety of methods to teach these languages.
